If I could describe John as anything, it would be two things. First, a really stand-up gentleman, and second, an intricate and skilled graphic designer. He puts a great amount of effort, thought and creativity into every project that we've worked on together without ever compromising quality. John listens to my asks when it comes to project briefs and provides a sense of clarity and creativity to the final piece that hits my initial thought out of the park every single time.

John joined us as a temp and I fought very hard to bring him on full time for several reasons. He is not only an immensely talented designer, he makes it look easy. He's also easy to work with. It's rare for someone with his level of creativity and talent to be so free of ego. He's always willing to pitch in and is a steadying force on the team, even in high stress situations.

John and I have successfully partnered together on broker-related projects in Communications and Marketing. We worked on the broker sales rep cards and other broker materials throughout the year. John is a creative designer who goes the extra mile to get the job done. He recently designed a fresh and new look for the sales rep cards for the 2020 Medicare Advantage plan year. He also designed the eye catching HPP van wrap. He was extremely patient, flexible and enthusiastic as we experimented with different concepts.

Working with John at HPP was such a pleasure. Myself and our clients always personally requested to work with him on every project because of his calm demeanor, team-player spirit and creativity. John is very easy to work with and always gets the job done effectively and efficiently, whether the deadline for a project was months a away (low priority) or minutes away (high priority). John’s eye for creativity is uncanny! He made ideas and copy come to life by just hearing explanations or seeing little drawings/mockups and was always willing to teach others tips and tricks for Adobe.
